These were not on Youtube, but I did find them on Imdb!! Enjoy! There is also some recording sessions!!

Probably a total of 30 minutes worth of new interviews, B-Rolls, Sneek Peaks, recording sessions and all other other good stuff.

And for you people who love the music score in movies. There is a 5 minute video as well of the orchestra recording music. You might not want to look at the screen the orchestra have in front of them cause there is a decent sized spoiler in there.

interesting videos, thanks.
Funny, in the b-roll video that's 5:35 long, from 3:55 to 4:01 the music theyre listening to is from a Miyazaki movie! I'm thinking it could be totoro or porco rosso but forget exactly which one it is. But i do know for sure it's a miyazaki movie, just cant remember from the short clip. Maybe they were just watching the movie or maybe they used it for temp music until the real music got written.
Interesting too how the voices are recorded separately, not with everyone together.

That's how it's normally done, isn't it? I know Billy Crystal and John Goodman doing their Monsters, Inc.  lines together was considered noteworthy because it didn't happen often, but I guess it could have changed over the past fourteen years.

I guess thats the norm in the US. For Japanese animation the main voice actors are usually recorded together as a group instead of separate. Must be hard sometimes to do it by yourself, without having the other actors there, kind of like acting to a green screen.

^ I don't even think this was footage of actual recording sessions (at least not the main five), but rather footage where they recreated what a recording session looks like, it looks like it was all filmed on the same day.

I absolutely love the B-rolls (especially the second one!), I just love seeing the animation dailies, and designers drawing the characters and the recording session of the score! Hopefully we'll be able to see more of this soon.

Pixar Post - T.J.
Hey - well, we wrote up a quick post including all the videos. As I noted in the post, I don't think I've heard a more profound review of Inside Out than what John Lasseter said..."When people look back at the history of Pixar, Inside Out could very well be our most important film we've ever made". Wow - that's a big statement to make!

Here are the videos.

The remaining vocal cast videos with Amy Poehler, Lewis Black, Phyllis Smith, Bill Hader, Mindy Kaling, Diane Lane and Kyle Maclachlan can be found on our post.

And I totally agree that the vocal sessions seemed re-created rather than live (like the videos recorded in the past). The actors are all in their outfits (and full hair/makeup) that they used when doing promo-videos for their characters. Also, it's extremely common that vocal actors don't record together. It's actually because of a lot of reasons - coordinating their schedules isn't easy and because the director can really focus on getting what they need from the actor individually (since he/she knows what they need for the part). I assume that it's more based on the actor's schedules rather than anything else though.
