I've just watched WALL•E again, and I'd have to give it 10/10.  It's an absolutely amazing film, right up there in my top 3 Pixar films and possibly even 2nd.  Or perhaps 3rd...I haven't seen it in absolutely ages but I'm very glad I rewatched it.  For me, WALL•E, Ratatouille and Finding Nemo are each a solid 10/10 - but ranking them is pretty difficult.

I'm doing a bit of a general Pixar 'rewatching' - not really a marathon.  I started with Brave, and since then have done Ratatouille, Toy Story 3, Finding Nemo, Toy Story 2, UP and now WALL•E.  That leaves Toy Story, Monsters, Inc. (if it still plays!), The Incredibles, Monsters University and Inside Out still to go before I have to buy new ones (though I saw Finding Nemo cheaply the other day and that one in particular I've been meaning to get for a while).

Of course, it's not all Pixar - I recently watched https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Little_Chaos on DVD - it's a really quite well-done film directed by Alan Rickman.  Alan Rickman was an absolutely brilliant actor and a pretty good director, too.  He was also Snape and Hans Gruber - I hope that's not what he's remembered for, though.

But what about you?  What film did you see the most recently?

That's okay, i also do some Pixar rewatching once in a while, because some movies just give me pure nostagia, and the new ones give me memories of watching them in the theater

Anyway, the last movie i saw is Wonder Boys, starring Michael Douglas, Tobey Maguire (the original Spider-Man, of course), Robert Downey, Jr. and one of my favs, Frances McDormand (Momma from The Good Dinosaur, makes me glad she survived the whole recasting), its a good film, and i probably seen it like 20 times, check it out, its great

Kind of depends.

Last night my dorm floor had a movie night where we watched Jaws...but we were talking or not otherwise paying attention through large chunks of it, so I'd hesitate to say I really saw it.

Three nights ago I put The Road to El Dorado on as kind-of background noise, and I was paying more attention to that, so I'd say that was the last movie I saw. If you haven't seen it, it's an older Dreamworks movie (so old it's from when they made 2D movies) based off the idea that, since there are a bunch of animated movies where the hero is upstaged by comic relief, why not just make the comic relief the heroes in the first place? It's fun, I'll add another "check it out" to the chorus of them in this thread.

I'd definitely say "Finding Dory" is the last one I saw all the way though and not had on in the background or watching pieces or parts of it. Just writing that, I'm realizing how sad that is...I need to see more movies! Ha! I just don't have the time!

Edited - Oh wait - I did watch Jurassic World all the way through again a month ago! Still love that movie - dinos rule!

Hmmmm, the last movie I remember watching was Megamind a little while ago. Man, I really like that film- the script is just as fantastic as the casting, animation, and jokes! I recommend it to you guys. [smile]
