OK, those are great covers! Yes, Hank is definitely has 7 arms (Pixar noted it at the D23 Expo)...also, going along with his missing arm, the book he's on is called "A disarming tale" (insert drum fill rimshot here)! Ha!

Also, I agree 100%, Aidan, that it would be great if they included more variety on the covers - it's exactly what they did for The Good Dino and it got boring. Inside Out had a lot more variance on the covers.

Edited - Oh, and the crabs having different pieces of garbage as their shells (I bet) is totally going to be a story line about so much human trash ending up in the ocean!

Whoops, my mistake! XD I like Destiny (as a name) better. It sounds good. [smile]

Hey, that's a good prediction! I figured it could have been a kind of camouflage or something, but that's a much better guess, and a real clever story line! [smile]

The toys, THE TOYS! They all look awesome, especially that talking plush!

But now, I bring tidings of joy in the form of...MORE BOOK COVERS! (Once again, courtesy of Stitch Kingdom)

[tumblr_o21m8xxJZM1qa2r95o1_1280]

Now for my juicy details...

First off, the Read-Along, which has a "not final" cover at this point (so keep in mind it could be changed later on). It looks like we got Mr. Ray (Bob Peterson) narrating the CD, which makes sense considering (if the cover of the Big Golden Book is anything to go by) he'll play an important role in the film. As for the cover itself, the characters look to be in the open waters on the outskirts of the rehab center.

"Come Swim with Me" is going to be a shiny "novelty" book from what I've heard, which explains the tall cover. I do like how Dory's art style here resembles her designs on the back of the FD cereal box.

"Fish Talk" looks to be a novel with each chapter told from a different character's POV, as indicated by the cover. Loving the art style on this one as well! We also get to see some dialogue from Hank, even if it is just in the form of written text.

And then, there's "Three Little Words."

My jaw dropped when I first saw this cover. I was immersed right away from the gentle simplicity of the watercolor. This is the obligatory "professional scale picture book" that's released for all the recent Disney movies ("Sadly Ever After" for Inside Out, "A Sister More Like Me" for Frozen, etc). Pretty sure this won't follow the storyline of the film proper (as evidenced by the "Inspired by" tag), and it could be anyone's guess as to what the titular three words are (I'm putting my money on "Just Keep Swimming"), but whatever this book has in store, I'm all for it. Definitely buying this one the moment it hits the shelf.

Is the "Three Little Words" a fan fiction, since it's inspired by the film?

Also, I agree, the watercolor is absolutely beautiful!

Found this nice little book with those flaps that you lift up to find Dory. Very clever idea.

I do find it interesting that Hank is already back at the anemone where Marlin and Nemo live however...and I'm assuming its supposed to be their anemone because we now know from the teaser trailer that Dory now lives in the brain coral next door.

Gotta love those bags under Hanks eyes!

Hmm, I could see Hank being an antagonist from how he looks it that one ^ but then again, he could just be a snarky octopus whose gone through a lot in his life! I'm hesitant to guess either way seeing as Bing Bong ended up being a really great guy.

I don't possibly think Hank is the villian, i mean, the first film didn't have one, and it's still too early to know

When Bing Bong was first revealed, my first thought was 'He can't be a villian, he's cute, and cuddly' and as the merch of Inside Out went along, i continued to wonder if he was the villian or not (i ended up being right)

Also the merchandise, Hank is everywhere while Bing Bong was secret until the last few months of pre release

For now, i think Hank is just a poor seven armed octopus (or septopus) who just wants to help

So do we think that on the bottom right the one on the left is Dory and the one of the right is one of her parents?...Or are they both Dory?
And it looks like Hank might turn out to be a coffee drinker? Haha

Trust me, When I first saw that image I thought at least one of those Dorys on the bottom right were one of her parents, too. But after a closer look, I realized they actually were both Dory. The one on the left has her "3181" tag, while the one on the right does not.

Looks like we get to see some more sea lions, including both a "regular" one and the one with the bucket, which was also spotted in the keyring line. Also of note is that the otter seen here doesn't have the white markings that the keyring one has. Maybe they're two different characters?

In-between the two Dorys, we can spot our first look at one of the Loons that were mentioned a while back. They were claimed to be FD's equivalent of the first film's Seagulls, and this figure can testify to that; If you look real close, you can see its tongue sticking out.

The large gray seal(or sea lion?) to the right of Mr. Ray looks (at least to me) like a really wise character, a la The Good Dinosaur's Butch. I can just see him giving some sound advice to Dory.

Has there been any other news on FD merch coming out of Toy Fair? I haven't seen too much, but then again I might just be looking in the wrong places. But with the 2nd trailer predicted to come out tomorrow, we'll know much more soon enough.

Very cool on the vinyls! In regards to the Toy Fair - I haven't seen anything super out of the ordinary or really unique...just the same plush we've seen and some stationary (with pretty standard/stock images).

Those vinyls, look fantastic!! I especially love the Hank and Dory pop vinyl. The mystery minis also look just as fantastic! Both very high-quality looking products, I better start saving money now, because when all of these are released, I'm getting them all!

I haven't seen a lot of Finding Dory merch from Toy Fair that's really worth posting here...it's mostly stuff we've already seen.

But, Stitch Kingdom just posted this image of some upcoming FD dog tags...

[tumblr_o2lyajWPDH1qa2r95o1_500]

And I figured I'd talk about these. Sorry the picture is so small, this is the only size we currently have.

Most of these are just stock character images, but some may hint at certain story points...

The "cuddle party" one shows off the ever-adorable otters once again, and next to that one on the right is Bailey with a rainbow. Of the text on the Bailey one, I can make out the second word (Rainbow) but not the first.

The one with Dory and Destiny says "Pipe Pals." Maybe referring to the whale speak? Next to that is the crazy "Bucket Seal" again.

Just below the Dory and Destiny one is another featuring Dory and Hank, with Dory inside a coffeepot. I guess this explains why the Funko Pop Hank from earlier was holding one! The text reads "New rule: NO TALKING."

Next to that is one with Dory wearing her 3181 tag. The text reads "Just(?) stay calm."

And lastly is Bailey again, doing the "fins on the head" pose I've seen him do in a number of his other merch appearances. The text I can make out is "Just dial (???)"
