My Review from: https://letterboxd.com/taz623/film/coco-2017/
That ending was the best moment in any Pixar film ever. Better than Ego's childhood flashback in Ratatouille and better then the first 10 minutes of Up. This is easily the best Pixar film since Wall-e.
Coco is an incredible film that is elevated to a masterpiece by the end. The film surprises you at every turn. The story was extremely enjoyable to follow. The characters were memorable, the animation was absolutely stunning, and the music was phenomenal.
Honestly though that ending really hit me hard. Not to give away any spoilers, This is easily my favorite ending of 2017 so far and of any Pixar film ever. This scene will make you feel every emotion that you have ever felt all at once. I was truly blown away by the beauty of it. The message that is taught during the film and especially at the end is tremendous. I left the theater feeling so many different feelings. This ending is even better than the ending of Mother!
I highly recommend that everyone sees Coco in the theater. This film is just as good as Ratatouille and Wall-e and bound to be an animation classic. Remember Me will definitely be remembered by me for a very long time.
