I do not think they should make a sequel. I would rather see Pixar make up a new world I love than have me revisit another that I love.

Nice review, Ava-Kane. I agree with you when you mentioned that the film is too short. Just another 10 minutes is all it really needed.

Watched it yesterday and loved every second of it ,really the film full of energy and funny moments and emotional ones as well ,but not that emotional like up, i was close to cry at one part. love the 3rd act and all the places they have been in on their journey, the story told in such an original way with that world that we never seen before .this is really monsters inc meets finding nemo meets herman's head .i think i watched too much trailers before watching it ,i felt like i watched 50% of the movie ,but it did not ruined it for me at all .

Thanks, Luis! Since Skype was hosting them (and that they would only be around for 3 months on their site), I thought we should have them here. The only bummer is that they're bigger than the other emoticons so they won't work well in-line with text - but still thought they'd be fun!

Also, yes, you know we have to try and keep this place fun for everyone...including deleting users who spam the site...just went through and blocked the spammer we had and deleted all references of them! [Cool_zpsf7e1371b]

Oh thank you for that! It felt like a diss or something. Very Disrespectful if you ask me.

Great video! But, what do you mean by "risk"? Do you mean that maybe audiences would not like it, or some people at Pixar would maybe have pulled the plug on that idea? Because the way I see it, only good stuff can come from that scene.

I think they meant that it is a very different and complex idea that audiences aren't used to, but yet, it was still flawlessly done.

Finally watched Inside Out yesterday! It was absolutely amazing!

I really love the fact that there is no actual villain in this movie, in one way the emotions are there own villain because they don't know how to act.

I also love the scene when Joy, Sadness and Bing Bong went through the 'short cut' and they started to become 2 dimensional. I wasn't expecting any kind of animation like that! Very fun to watch!

The triple dent gum commercial was hilarious, and the reaction from Anger made me laugh even more!

Can't wait to see it again [smile]

Just spotted this now - sorry I hadn't responded. Yes, it is partly what Luis replied with - but it's also that segment was very "arty". I think once you start doing things that could be perceived as "out there", the average audience viewer could start to say, "what the heck is this". I know when my own Father saw The Blue Umbrella, he didn't get it and said that it seemed like a unique foreign art film rather than a typical Pixar short. I think it ran the risk of people thinking the film was about to get "weird" on them!

Also, that's so great that you saw the film now, Dylan! Yeah, your thoughts are right in line with mine...as well as many others here in the forum! It was such a smart film, wasn't it?!

I saw it yesterday, finally! [biggrin]

I loved it! The credits scene was hillarious, especially the bus driver's emotions.

Did anyone else cry whilst watching it? [tongue]
