Here we can discuss merchandise (toys, books, decor, clothing, etc) for Toy Story 5.

To start there’s rumors that at least two Toy Story LEGO sets will release on April 1, 2026.

One of them is number 43304 and will retail for $49.99. No other details I can find currently.

The other is number 43301 and is called Slinky Dog Book Nook. It will retail for $149.99, and will have 1,311 pieces and a difficulty rating of ages 18+ (same as the Luxo Lamp and WALL-E/EVE/M-O from this year, but hundreds more pieces and over double the price).

Wow that’s really interesting about slinky dog book nook I’m so curious to see how that will turn out and what’s weird is that there’s only 2 toy story lego sets coming for Pixar big movies like incredibles 2 toy story 4 lightyear had at least 4 Lego sets note that they also released an inside out 2 Lego set last year but just that one I’m curious if there only release 2 Lego official set branded with toy story 5 anyway who am I doubting we should hopefully see what Mattel and other toy company’s have in the toy fair next year for Toy story 5.

Found this video on YouTube, the video says the images were found on both French and US websites. Looks like they're actually returning to the 7 inch line after a hiatus for a few years. The leaks include Woody (no sheriff badge and pull string), Buzz, Jessie (with sheriff badge), and Rex. The photos with the packaging do interestingly use the Toy Story logo instead of the Toy Story 5 logo which makes me wonder if these will be released soon before Toy Story 5 products actually are as these are all technically from Toy Story 4 or earlier to relaunch the line. One of the comments on YouTube also said that some wholesalers in Mexico already have them and have Bullseye too.

Stock photos of the new 7-inch scale Mattel figures of Woody, Jessie, and Buzz.

There's also a new galactic punch launcer with a glow-in-the-dark Utility Belt Buzz from Toy Story 2 in the Mattel 7-inch line. Some Targets have it in-store (note that some smaller but still technically full-size locations may not) but for reasons beyond my knowledge the online listing on the guest app isn't yet active which means its unavailable for shipping or pickup - to locate the in-store aisle it should be with other Toy Story toys, but for team member assistance you can give them the DPCI number which is 087-26-1957 which they can use to pull up the aisle, check backroom inventory, and if any nearby stores have it if yours doesn't. The blaster was released as part of the Toy Story 4 line back in 2019 and is being re-released, but the utility belt Buzz is new (un-canceled from the 2019-2023 7-inch line).

And Just Play has a Slinky Dog with metal coils, also available at Target - this one does have an active guest app listing and should be next to or directly above/beneath the Utility Belt Buzz at any store thats selling both. It unfortunately not in scale to the Mattel figures but has the accurate coil (as opposed to Mattel's plastic accordian).

Based on the merch/toys revealed so far, it looks like the original (Andy’s) toys, Bonnie’s toys (Dolly, Buttercup, Mr. Pricklepants, Trixie, Forky, and Karen Beverly), and Bo’s crew (her sheep, Ducky, Bunny, and Giggle) are expected to return?
No sightings of Duke Caboom or the Peas-in-a-Pod yet. But also really looking forward to the new characters.

Scrub Mommy has some new Toy Story dish sponges available. Currently Buzz and the Alien are available at Target, not sure if other retailers have it too or if it’s a Target exclusive (also likely to be on an end cap or a sidecap somewhere in the household cleaning/paper departments, not necessarily in the sponge/dish soap aisle - at my store it’s with the Ziploc bags).

From searching it looks like Woody, Jessie, and Bullseye are also coming soon, but only Walmart has listings for it. So I’m not sure if it’s a Walmart exclusive they haven’t stocked in store or online yet, or if there will be a second wave coming to Target. But given Walmart doesn’t have listings for Buzz and Alien and Target doesn’t for these three, I’m inclined to think they split the line between the two retailers with Walmart getting the Woody’s Roundup characters and Target getting the outer space characters. It’s also unclear right now if this is temporary (similar to the holiday ones that only last a month or two) or if these will be carried for a bit until Toy Story 5 has been out for a while. Also seems like the Walmart ones don’t yet have proper stock photos and whatever camera they used is awful at picking up sponge textures (haven’t seen them in-person but I’ve seen enough sponges in general throughout my life - at home, in food service, and in retail at a store that sells a lot of this brand - to be confident they won’t look like that texture - the shape looks fine but the texture looks more like a rough 3D model than a sponge, I’m actually seriously thinking these might be unrendered 3D models created in product development or for marketing and not an actual photo because of the box lighting 😂).

also interesting that these are new products but using a very old version of the Toy Story logo, that isn’t 3D and hasn’t really been used after the first film came out.
